Manual issue
My third Sunbeam coffee machine; I got this after the EM7000 gave up the ghost. Only reason I'm doing the review is to tell Sunbeam that the manual is incorrect in relation to cleaning the steam wand. The current manual instructions WILL damage the wand if anyone follows them to try and remove the tip. Sunbeam - if you're reading, feel free to ask for clarification.

Love the Sunbeam Cafe Series
After 17 years, my old Sunbeam finally packed up. I found the latest model at Appliances Online, and at a great price. After reading the reviews, I knew I could rely on it as much as I did my previous machine. And I have not been disappointed! The updated model is great. Pours a shot perfectly every time and steaming the milk is hassle free, especially when getting the temperature right. The built-in thermometer is perfect for it. The build quality is exceptional, feeling like a well-built product, with great attention to detail. Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee machine.
