Item is excellent and makes hot coffee without having to put it in the microwave!
Great at first but not a good long term machine
It’s great at first but seems these machines only have about a two year life span. After my first machine stopped frothing and all troubleshooting failed, I replaced it with a new one. Only to end up with the exact same issues two years later. The frother stops working properly. No amount of cleaning or descaling improves this. You’re left with a 1/4 cup of watery coffee with no foam. From other reviews this seems to be a common issue with this model.
