Died after minimal use, puréeing cooked tomatoes
Only used a few times, mostly for pureeing cooked and cooled (soft) vegetables, but the motor has already died. Very, very disappointed, because I thought the name Kenwood was an indicator of quality and longevity - much like my beloved Kenwood mixers. At a loss to know what other brand WOULD be reliable now.
Died just outside warranty period
Motor dead, conveniently a few months after the warranty expired. Bought this just 15months ago and thought Kenwood were decent. Was rarely used and died blending parsley. Disappointing.
Not happy at all.
l bought the Kenwood Triblade XL HBM40 hand held blender in 2022 for use in caravan so it has not had alot of use. Today the blade snapped in half on the metal Blender Shaft. I am not happy at all. Extremely inconvenient. I expected better quality from Kenwood.
