There are three temperature controls with a High setting for faster cooking times, or a Low setting for slow cooking that helps to create extremely tender results. For fuss-free operation, the handy Auto mode is also available. The tempered glass lids allow you to view and monitor your food without the need to lift the lids. When you’re ready to serve, these lids are conveniently propped up by the lid holders.

Works but has a major design flaw
It’s just a slow cooker, not much can go wrong with it, you turn it on and it works.
It does have a major flaw, no lights or display & the setting indicator is so dark you can easily turn it off by accident. The lack of any lights to indicate if it has power, is on high or low is really poor design flaw.

Perfect in all respects. We use it for keeping cooked food warm for visitors.
Awesome
Perfect, i wanted to replace our old Bain Marie with S/S trays and plastic lids that crack. This was perfect. Fitted 3 roasts and kept it at a nice temp with gravy all arvo and into the night
