Best Rug/Blanket EVER!
I was gifted the brown one that's now discontinued years ago, like over 8yrs ago and I've used it every winter everyday for my pets 24hrs a day. Unsafe? Probably but for workmanship and quality I just wanted to say wow! I'm going to purchase a new one hence why I'm here reviewing. Here's hoping to a positive experience with my new one. Ps the one I have now is still going strong but I feel like I should be smart about it as I do leave it on when I'm out and overnight. A timer is probably a smart idea.
Disappointed - not made for longevity
This heated throw rug has lasted just 1 year and 2 months. It has not been subjected to any harsh treatment but rather, has been used to cover our knees while we watched tv during the cooler months.It has been carefully folded at the end of each night and placed on a chair in a spare room, so again no harsh treatment.
When I press the power button the preheat setting goes to 6 (i.e., maximum) for a second and then reverts to 1 where it keeps flashing.
Saves on trying to heat a cold house
Have had for 12 months, having had a fast failure with another brand. Lovely soothing warmth and wonderful for my freezing Qlder house
