Great if you want half cooked toast
Less than 12 months old and half the elements are failing. Timer inconsistent.
Black coating is SO thin
We bought this toaster together with the matching kettle a couple of weeks ago. I cannot believe how thin the black coating is. Yes, the toaster works OK as in it does toast bread, but even the softest cloth scratches the ridiculously thin black coating. It doesn’t help that it has a bright white coating underneath too. We are extremely gentle with appliances in our household, have no kids, and yet this is what our toaster looks like just after 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed and confused as to how this product/coating made it past testing.
Disappointed
Great that the slots are wide but the length is far too short. Besides that, it’s an unattractive design and the the crumb trays are at the back. Last toaster (not this brand) had intelligently put the crumb trays at the front, had long slots and was of a far more elegant look.
