Poor quality
I purchased one on 8/1/2022, malfunctioned on the 3/24. Thought I purchased it longer ago so I disposed of it. Just went through some papers and released that I had purchased it in 2022. If I would have known I would have asked for a refund or replacement.

Fantastic unit with a terrible flaw: good luck rep
I bought one of these back in April, '22. It works well for a small enough area, not so great for larger areas. However, when it came time to replace the HEPA filter (for hygiene and for the performance of the unit), I ran into a very unexpected problem: I couldn't find one.
The retailer did not stock any replacement parts, so I contacted De Longhi support. Long story short, I was told the following:
> Please place code (NE2698) into google where you may find a store or a third party who may have this available
That's right: they don't actually sell any replacement. Moreover, I have tried searching for the filter high and low using the provided code and cannot find a thing.
I don't know whether I've been unlucky with their support personnel, but this just seems incredible to me, yet I've not been able to source any replacement filter from anywhere, so be warned.
