Brilliant machine
Very easy to set up,I used the QR code on instructions which took me to you tube to go through set up programming cleaning etc.
I bought barista beans from my fav coffee shop and now have a delicious start to every day.

Disappointed and confusing
Don’t love it… find it not that easy to use from the start you really have to read the instructions that you have to download. The instructions in the box are just very confusing pictures. If I could return it I would. For the price it doesn’t even come with a milk frothing jug. Now I have worked out the settings it’s getting easier to use

Great machine!
Moving from a semi-automatic machine to a full one was the right decision. While browsing the market, I found DeLonghi to be a very reliable brand. I like the presentation, and the panel is easy to navigate. I particularly like strong coffee and long black option, so it was nice to be able to set up the combination with two selections. Happy with the choice so far.
