Love it so much!
We had a smaller DeLonghi for 10 years. It still works, but wanted to upgrade. This new machine makes so much better shots and steamed milk. Took a bit to get the grind right but now,, I’ll never go back to a store bought drinks!
Two months in and I love it!
This has turned out to be a great middle of the lineup option espresso maker. One thing I might suggest is that those that register and create an account receive option or coupon to purchase highly discounted descaling solution. Perhaps even a monthly gifting of a descaling solution pack. This helps your customers in maintaining their units with overall consideration of keeping warrantied equipment operational. Seems like it would pay off for both the manufacturer and the end-user.
Worst customer experience
I bought this machine and it was sent with major parts missing. I made arrangements for the product to be sent back which it did a week ago.
To date I have not been refunded.
I have sent emails to DeLonghi which were ignored.
I have phone them and still my money has not been given.
This is treatment that I am receiving is evident as to how they treat customers. Their lack of communication after getting my money also serves as evidence.
This behavior that their staff has need to brought to attention of higher management. I am positive that the people higher up at DeLonghi may not agree to this treatment of customers.
In all this I have learnt my lesson: stay away from all DeLonghi products.
