Not the best Product even Though It looks nice
As much as I love the look and feel of this toaster. It only lasted 3yrs. Delonghi products are expensive. They look great but longevity is crap. One side of my toaster just stopped toasting one morning. The lever wouldn't hold down also. When I called Delonghi, all they could say is it's outside the warranty. How convenient that once the warranty period was over, the product breaks. Lower your prices if the quatility of your products are rubbish. A Kmarr product lasts longer. Shame and disappointing. I love De Longhi but the quality standard is getting worse and worse
