Great little machine for the price. Purchased while our Italian Espresso machine was sent off for service. Does a very nice crema considering there is no group head and the auto milk frothing function has several settings including temp and level of frothing. Latte art is possible with a little practice and now that our main stream Espresso machine is back the Maestro Plus will travel with us in our caravan. Highly recommend this unit.

Excellent service, quick delivery and a great espresso maker!

Works great when you purchase but quickly loses pressure meaning you cannot stamp the coffee to tamper properly after about a month. The machine works well initially but by 1 month you literally have to press the coffee as light as you can (any harder and it won't pull a coffee) You should not need to do this as your paying good money for a coffee machine but a small workaround is moving from the double wall cup to single wall cup. This said even after moving to the single wall its taking a minute to pour a coffee (thats with the coffee beans lightly pressed) * I buy a very good quality pre ground coffee so it's not a grind issue. Update I'm now on my 3rd unit all same issue (not enough pressure) All work well *very well out of the box but quickly lose pressure thus giving you no control of your coffee and its an obvious fault with this model. I can see why the machine gets good reviews as initially the machine does well but I would love to see what all those 5 star reviews say a month or 2 later *depending use I guess. If you like a daily coffee and want a machine that lasts my advise is stay away.
