Needs rethinking
The grinder works great, that said it can’t be repaired. It’s a throw away! Do your research and find a solution that’s repairable.
Great coffee grinder
I'm enjoying coffee a lot more with my Dedica grinder. It's quick and efficient with a simple interface. Easy to clean, no residual coffee dusting the walls, with a sort of easy functional style. Delivered promptly and safely by De Longhi I'm having a 5 star experience.
Don't waste your money.
Beans get stuck in burr wheel...and motor won't grind beans. Dump everything out, remove wedged beans and refill and grind. This whole process then repeats itself. Got as gift. Now have a very expensive paper weight.
