Great Machine
This is my second Bosch front loader. Easy to use, not loud and clothes come out clean and fresh. Highly recommend this machine and appliances online were great to deal with.
After service
am extremely disappointed with the after-service experience. What should have been a simple and straightforward process turned into a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal. The lack of clear communication and the absence of genuine support have left me feeling both let down and undervalued as a customer. I expected a much higher standard of care and accountability—especially after choosing your product/service in good faith.
