Excellent product, quick and easy delivery, quiet.
Appliances online price matched the lowest price I could find- it's own ebay store with ebay online discount. Price was outrageously low.
Free delivery set up and disposal of old product.
Great product but ease of use questionable
The programs are not digital and are not easy to see (despite having 20/20 vision) as the various programs are printed on brushed stainless steel that is slightly curved. My machine is on the floor and in order to turn the dial to the desired program it involves crouching down to be eye level with the dial.
Due to the depth of the see through insert in the door, it needs to be permanently opened at a 90 degree angle to allow for drying and airing, this is not workable in a small or concealed laundry that can sometimes be a walkway..
not as good as the old machine, Badly desgined
This machine is poorly designed, I Hate this machine..
I Had a Bosch previous model for 10 years it was okay but this machine is magnitude of times worse!
The electronic buttons are extremely hard to use and badly designed. Sometimes you have to push them multiple times for it to register, The start button is very bad. Worse than the previous model. Push it, it beeps then cycle doesn't work.
The wash stops mid cycle randomly.
The spin cycle doesn't work some times leaving clothes drenched.
Really Noisy on spin cycle and unbalanced most of the time. Thumping sound is really annoying.
Lots of programs that you don't need! So you have to select multiple options before washing every time.
Clothes come out very creased... or inside out
Can't use on 1400 spin cycle ever, otherwise machine stops from unbalancing.
But this is the default program. So you have to change it every wash..
Door impossible to close without slamming shut sometimes multiple times, then machine won't start if door open.
Ive had many bosch products but Won't be buying another Bosch product after this!
Surely the design and ease of use should be getting better not worse...with technology.
This machine is all about marketing and energy saving and no practical ease of use.
Had this machine one year and it is going to the tip where it belongs! It's a Badly designed Piece of crap.. don't make washing harder than it needs to be and a frustrating chore by buying this machine! Very disappointed in the design, A waste of money, no real resale options either, this says a lot..
