Never Buy from Appliance Online
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Appliances Online and Bosch has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a mid-range Bosch dishwasher, expecting decent quality and reliable support. Instead, I received a faulty appliance with a broken digital display—and a customer service experience that was utterly disgraceful.
From the moment it was installed, the dishwasher never worked properly. I called Appliances Online immediately and was promised a replacement. But instead of honouring that, my case was dumped on Bosch.
And that’s where the real horror began.
Bosch’s customer service is appalling. Their policy? A brand-new, non-functioning dishwasher must be assessed by a technician before they even consider acknowledging it’s faulty. No one calls. No one apologises. Just a string of empty promises. And on my own time, I had to organise the technician, chase up the outcome, and then deal with a bunch of Muppets suggesting I should accept a repair on a brand-new appliance. Are you kidding?
DO NOT BUY.
Shame on Bosch for their dreadful quality control and even worse after-sales support. And shame on Appliances Online for completely abandoning their customer the moment the payment cleared.
Avoid both companies at all costs. Go to your local Good Guys or a reputable store where customer service still exists.
New Dishwasher
Delivered promptly, very good delivery crew. It took a while to work out what program to use, but now all good.
