To Beko, or not to Beko?
I purchased this along side my matching Beko Washing Machine. Unfortunately a part of the Machine (Brand New) was broken/damaged. I took pictures and sent to the Sales team where i bought it from and they said they would get in touch with the Beko team. They assured me its just cosmetic and will not affect the performance so I can continue to use it. I am yet to hear back from them for a replacement/resolution regarding this.
Performance of the machine is great, I am glad the sales rep informed me that Heat Pump Dryers can feel damp when they finish a cycle, but i just leave mine to breathe and they end up fresh and dry.
Despite the broken part on arrival, I do not regret going with this machine. Hopefully next will be a new Beko Dishwasher.
One great washer
a great washing machine, with many features i may never need. I like that i can save custom wash settings to my phone and that it alerts when the liquid and softener are below 50%. larger capacity and smaller footprint than my last front washer. Steam freshener is a nice to have for wrinkled clothes

The washing machine is great. Very quiet and got quite a good selection of programs and the price was excellent.
